Claims Specialist
As a Claims Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing insurance claims filed by clients. Your role is to ensure a thorough and fair assessment of each claim, acting as the primary liaison between policyholders and insurance carriers. You will be responsible for negotiating settlements, and meticulously documenting all claims activities using ClaimWizard.
Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will lead and oversee a team focused on generating leads and driving sales within designated markets. This role is essential in tracking team performance, enhancing skills through training, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The successful candidate will implement strategies to boost productivity, manage client relationships, and provide regular reporting on sales performance.
Account Executive
As a Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding business by actively engaging with homeowners in the community. Your primary responsibilities include conducting thorough roof inspections to assess damage, guide homeowners through the claims initiation process and signing agreements with Excel.
Homeowner Liaison / Inside Sales
As a Homeowner Liaison / Inside Salesperson, you will act as the primary point of contact between homeowners and Excel and play a crucial role in supporting the sales process from within the office. Your role includes managing communication related to insurance claims, project updates, scheduling, nurturing leads, and facilitating the project throughout its lifecycle.
Project Manager
As a Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the effective communication and execution of roofing projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with Sales, Claim Specialists, Homeowner Liaisons and Production Management
Social Media Content Creator
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for producing, editing, and managing high-quality visual and written content across multiple social media platforms. This role will focus on driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and fostering relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate should be a creative individual with a strong understanding of social media trends and a passion for the roofing and restoration industry.
